In the first person

Natalya Kadja, HR-director of PARITET law firm, described the main benefits of an internship program in the company:

"Interns of PARITET Law firm, unlike the majority of interns in similar programs, from the very beginning of the program are not assigned to specific practice of the firm. We are giving them an opportunity to try their forces in different areas of law, gain experience and expertise in various projects.

After completing the internship program participants can choose one of the practices for the further development of their skills.

We can talk a lot about the internship program, our vision of the goals and objectives of the program, but the most valuable information is from the own lips of our interns. That's why we asked our interns Elina and Khrystyna to tell us about why they were interested in our company, what challenges they face during the internship program and what they think about work in our team. Answers to these and other questions read below in our interview."
