It helps us to find and choose specialists who are successful and provide the best services for our Clients. These very competencies we further develop by means of tutorial and special development programs. Such competencies as self-assertiveness drive for results and striving for excellence are the innate characteristics of candidates. There are other abilities/talents we can develop in everyday work, such as creative problem solving.

Our recruitment policy is based on the constant search for outstanding broad-minded personalities with a large range of knowledge in different areas of law. Having received the CV and motivation letter, we invite the best candidates for the interview to the firm office. We give consideration to all the CVs received from highly qualified lawyers, young professionals, and also candidates for administrative positions. The resume is reviewed within two weeks after receiving. There is a two-stage selection: interview with HR manager and meeting with the Partners. The job Proposal will be send to the candidates who have successfully passed the interviews.
