On January 19, 2012 Borys Danevych and Vadym Shestakov from PARITET law firm attended a meeting of the Norwegian Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Oslo, Norway.

Energy efficiency and renewable energy, the areas where Norway is an acknowledged leader, were among key points of the agenda. During the meeting Mr. Danevych made a presentation on Legal aspects of implementation of  projects under  so-called “green” tariff.

The presentation covered key regulatory requirements, tax and legal incentives, practical issues of “green” tariff projects implementation and was based on the analysis recently made by PARITET on request of IFC’s Cleaner production program in Ukraine.

For two years PARITET law firm is an active member of NUCC, sharing experience and expertise in various legal spheres, including energy, IT, data protection, anti-corruption, taxes and trade.
