Having adopted some new resolutions, the content of which is hardly different from the previous resolutions No 827 “About the waiver of the State service of medical products and remedies” and No 837 “An issue of performing the state quality control of medical products” (whose functioning has been earlier suspended), the Cabinet of ministers has vacated the provisions of the Resolution No 837 without waiting for the Constitutional Court verdict. And although this step has been predicted, it was sure not to be embraced as a New Year present by the industry. So what has really happened and what are the outcomes of all that?
