As you know, on January 1^st, 2012 the amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine with regard to the Simplified Taxation, Accounting and Reporting System are entering into force (Law of Ukraine On introducing changes to the Tax Code of Ukraine and certain other legislative acts concerning simplified system of taxation, accounting and reporting signed by the President on November 18^th, 2011). These amendments bring essential changes to the Simplified Taxation System.
