PARITET law firm provided to the Client an advice on tax and currency aspects of establishing and running a subsidiary in Ukraine and on different options of subsidiary financing. The advice included royalties’ taxation as well as taxation of payments under service agreements made from Ukrainian subsidiary to Australian parent company.
