The court of first instance partially satisfied the claim. The lawyers of PARITET law firm have appealed the decision. Within the appeal procedure the lawyers of PARITET law firm have initiated the negotiations with the plaintiff regarding the conclusion of the voluntary settlement. As a result of the negotiations, the parties of the dispute have managed to reach the reconciliation and concluded the mutually beneficial voluntary settlement. The Court of Appeals of the Kyiv region has satisfied the mutual statement of the parties and approved the voluntary settlement. The decision of the court of first instance has been cancelled, consequently the case was closed. The voluntary settlement has been fulfilled by the parties in the day of its approval.
